Self-Collection Option: You are also welcome to arrange for self-collection by booking your own trusted courier (e.g., Lalamove, Grab). Please note that once the order is released to your chosen courier, Knots.ph will not be liable for any issues, damages, or delays that may occur during transit.

Delivery Hours: Our delivery hours are daily, between 9 AM and 7 PM (Philippine Standard Time). While we can't guarantee an exact delivery time, rest assured your orders will arrive within your chosen timeframe.
