If for any reason your flowers or perishable items don't meet our freshness standards, please contact us immediately with accompanying images. This allows us to verify the issue and address the matter smoothly.
Our Delivery Policy
Every flower and gift from Knots Flowers and More is personally designed and delivered by our dedicated team. We're committed to ensuring your bouquet arrives fresh and beautiful every time.
Please note that due to the seasonal availability and condition of certain flowers, occasional substitutions may be necessary. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality and ensure your arrangement is always stunning.
Delivery Guarantee
Knots Flowers and More is committed to timely delivery. However, we cannot be held responsible for late or undelivered orders under the following circumstances:
1. The recipient is not available at the provided address during the requested delivery hours.
2. The address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
3. The recipient is unknown at the given address.
4. No valid contact number was provided, preventing us from reaching the recipient to complete the delivery.

Redirection of Delivery
For order redirection or subsequent delivery attempts, a surcharge for return and redelivery will apply, with the cost varying based on the new address. If you cancel your order after an arrangement has been made but before it's delivered, a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed. Please note that cancellations aren't allowed once a delivery has been attempted.
Waiting Time
Please note that if the recipient requires the courier to wait, we offer a 30-minute grace period at your location without charge.
For every additional 30 minutes of waiting time beyond this grace period, the following fees will be applied:
Motorcycle delivery: P70.00
Car delivery: P100.00
Holiday Delivery
Holidays are our busiest times at Knots Flowers and More, and to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time, we highly recommend placing your orders early.

Cancellation Of Order
For Local Orders

2-Day Notice: To cancel an order, you must do so at least two working days before your scheduled delivery date.

Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 5% of your order's value will apply.

Specialty Flower Orders: If your order includes specially purchased flowers, only 50% of your order value is refundable once these flowers have been acquired.

No Cancellation After Delivery: Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.

Late but Accepted Deliveries: If an order is delivered late but accepted by the recipient, the delivery is considered complete and cannot be canceled.

Late Cancellation Requests: For cancellation requests received less than the stipulated two-day notice, only 50% of your order value will be refunded.

Third-Party Items (Non-Cancelable): Items from third-party vendors (e.g., cakes, ice cream) cannot be canceled once confirmed.
For Overseas Orders
- Cancellations must be requested at least 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date.
- All cancellations are subject to acceptance by our overseas partners.
- Cancellations can only be processed upon written confirmation from our overseas partners.
- A cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be applied
- Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.
Our Refund & Exchange Policy
For Local Orders
If you're not satisfied with the items you receive, we'll gladly replace the product or issue a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
In the rare event that your order is delivered more than 30 minutes late and we haven't informed you of the delay, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 30% of your order's value.
Please note that all sales are final, except for items received with defects. If you receive a defective item, we'll happily replace it at no extra charge.

For Overseas Orders
Since we work with overseas partners to deliver your orders, refunds can only be processed once we receive written confirmation from them that your order has been canceled or rejected by the recipient (this includes rejections due to late delivery).
If an order is delivered late but still accepted by the recipient, we consider the delivery complete, and no refund will be offered.
Please note that the refund process can take up to three months, depending on the country. This timeframe is necessary to allow banks to verify all the details.
Complaint Resolution Procedures
We at Knots Flowers and More are dedicated to your satisfaction. When you submit a complaint, you can expect an acknowledgment within 24 hours. Our team will then investigate the issue thoroughly and aims to provide you with a response within 3 working days. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve your concerns efficiently.
Our Substitution Policy
We're committed to delivering beautiful, fresh flowers and products. Because our items are subject to availability and to ensure your order is perfect, we have a simple substitution policy.
- Getting there on time
Sometimes, to make sure your order arrives exactly when you need it (for specific baskets, vases, soft toys, etc.), a substitution may be necessary. In these cases, our florists will always replace the item with a similar element of equal or greater value. We'll also consult with you and inform you before making any substitutions.
- Making it fresh and beautiful
We believe in using only the freshest flowers. This means that substitutions may occur depending on seasonal availability.
For arrangements featuring a single variety of flower, the flower variety will always take precedence over the color. For example, if we're out of "pink roses," we'll substitute with a different color of roses, not a different type of flower altogether.
Whenever a substitution is needed, our expert florists will ensure the overall "look and feel" of your arrangement is maintained. They pay close attention to the shape, size, style, and color combination. Just like with on-time delivery substitutions, our florists will always consult with you and inform you before making any changes.
