Customer Service Officer/ Representative


Job Description:

• Answering inbound customer service calls & respond to emails

Provide advice, recommendations to customers with company's products & services

Process orders by keying in obtained information from customers to the system

Handle customer inquiries over the phone and email

Provide customers with product and service information

Enter new customer information & update existing ones in the system

Manage, identity & escalate customer's feedback

Route orders for processing & calls to appropriate resource

Follow up customer calls where necessary

Record & update essential information to database

Produce sales reports, update feedback log

 

Requirements:

At least college level or college undergraduate

Good command in english both verbal & written

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Application

Amenable to work on morning & night shift in Makati area. (Working hours 6am - 12mn - Shifting)

Salary Package with night differential, holiday, overtime pay.
